Offer: 3 dozen gourmet dairy-free/gluten-free caramels (18 flavors to choose from!)
[info]wirewalking
Item Name and Description: 3 dozen caramels of your choice (I have 18 flavors) from my etsy shop. They're organic, gluten-free and dairy-free, corn syrup-free, suitable for celiacs and vegans and the lactose intolerant -- aaaand everyone else. If you don't tell people they're dairy-free they'll never notice the difference. Promise. You can check out lots of customer feedback through the linky.

Starting bid: $25.

Notes: Shipping to the US covered, will need a little help for Canadian shipping. Not sure how funky they'll get going overseas so I'm not offering that, sorry! If bidding goes out of your range (or bidding wars aren't your thing), but you still want caramels, for any orders placed on my Etsy shop that mention this fundraiser in the notes to seller, I'll donate 10%. Hopefully a higher % next year, but this is what I can do now.

Offer: Gluten Free Baked Goods
NaNo
[info]lectoreloise
Item Name & Description: Home-made Gluten Free baked goods. One batch of drop cookies (typically 18 big cookies), one dozen muffins, one loaf of bread or a bundt cake.

Starting Bid: $10

Notes: These are four separate offers. Specify which one you're bidding on.
Other allergens can also be accommodated. You get to choose the specifics of your baked goods. I can do just anything.
Please notify me beforehand how sensitive you are to cross contamination. I cook in a kitchen which is not gluten-free. Unless you ask otherwise, I'll sterilize to my level of sensitivity.
Due to the nature of gluten-free baked goods, they can't spend long in transit. I'll ship UPS priority mail anywhere in the continental US, but it'd be best if you're in the Midwest. Make sure you can pick-up the package the day it arrives, and freeze anything you don't eat that day.

[info]pantryslut

Starting Bid: $5

Notes: One batch of granola equals about four cups, maybe a bit more. Rolled oats are the base. I can vary the sweetener, the fruit, the nuts, various add-ons (chocolate?) and the spicing to your particular taste (or dietary restrictions), or you can let me wing it. the results will be scrumptious no matter what.

I'm not always the timeliest of bakers but I'll try go get your granola to you within a month after we close final negotiations. And I'll pack it in a pretty jar with a ribbon and an ingredients card -- maybe even a recipe so you can try duplicating it at home.

US delivery only, please.

Offer: Pillow Cookies
on fire within
[info]polymexina
Item Name & Description: Pillow cookies are a fantastic cookie, where you take a base cookie (like, say, some nomtastic sweet and salty chocolate chip cookies) and wrap the dough around a delicious doughy concoction (like brownies, blondies, white chocolate brownies, or pumpkin brownies). Then: BAKING! You see them all the time at local county fairs -- they're the huuuuge, round cookies with the moist, soft, chocolatey center. These are ginormous cookies -- so instead of a full dozen, I normally make 10 at a time. I'm offering to make 10 pillow cookies (combo of your choice), and mail them to you usps priority.

Starting Bid: $7

Notes: [delivery time, limitations, conditions, etc.] If I can't make something, I'll work with you for a substitute. I make fantastic cookies! It'll probably take me a week to put together the ingrediants, but I'll send it USPS priority and let you know when I ship

This is a US-only item, because I'm not sure about the rules for shipping for foodstuffs internationally

http://www.marukaiestore.com/p-4596-hawaiian-sun-taste-of-hawaii-tropical-fruit-preservesnuts-1225oz.aspx

Li Hing Mui Mango (which is spicy pickled mango -- I've generally seen it dried)

Toffee/Chocolate covered macadamia nuts

If there's specific stuff you want I can see if I can find that too. I just moved out here so am learning, myself, about the food culture around me. :)

This is a US-only item, because I'm not sure about the rules for shipping for foodstuffs internationally. Also, you'll have to let me know about allergies and color preferences.

Item Name & Description: Green Tea Yoda Oreos.

Or YODEOS, as I like to call them. These are green tea sugar cookies with vanilla icing centers, following the recipe from justJENN.

Starting Bid: $12

Notes: My Hyper-Expensive William Sonoma Star Wars Cookie Cutters (TM) also come with several other characters. So if you'd prefer chocolate Darth Vaders or vanilla Stormtroopers, or a mix of all three with some Boba Fetts thrown in for fun, I'd be happy to alter the recipe accordingly.

Offer is two dozen cookies.

No blue milk will be provided, due to shipping constraints.

Offer: Chocolate Truffles
book snake intro (me; from The Secret Bo
[info]libitina
Item Name & Description: 24 Chocolate Truffles

I've been making chocolate truffles for 3 or 4 years now, and I only make them in the cold Winter months when I can work in a room colder than 50*F. They're pretty darn tasty.

They can be either vegan (made with coconut milk and coconut cream) or not (made with local heavy cream from my farmers' market).

There's a ganache filling, which can have almost any flavor at all. Just some of the options include: tea (I have some interesting black teas, matcha, and a few herbal teas that I keep for company but aren't to my taste); curry/masala; lime & coconut; galangal & lemongrass; cardamom & black pepper; habanero; laurel (bay leaves); sage; chai ... - really, almost anything that's not too wet can be a flavor. I've even been considering fruit flavors using jam, but I haven't tried that yet.

And then there's a hand-dipped coating of even more chocolate! I try to match how light or dark the coating is to the flavors in the ganache, but I can also take requests.

Starting Bid: $12

Notes: I will mail to anywhere in the northern hemisphere (I've successfully mailed truffles to Europe and the UK, but I'm willing to try anywhere). The last auction I did, it did take me several weeks to find the time to make the truffles, but I will do my best to have them out in a timely fashion. I'm planning to make a lot of chocolate the last week of bidding, anyway, so I'll set aside some in case you aren't picky about flavors.

Also, the 25th-28th is a major work conference for me, so I'm aiming to respond to the winning bidder on the 29th.
